Simple Crock-Pot Corn Chowder

Super-simple throw-together vegan soup.
Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups soymilk
1/4 cup margarine
Directions:
1. Combine corn, potatoes, onion, and broth in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
3. Puree in blender for a smooth, creamy soup, or puree half for a chunkier soup.
4. Return mixture to cooker and stir in soy milk and margarine.
5. Cook on high 1 hour more.
