Simple Crepes

These are simple, they've never failed me! I usually just serve them with syrup but the skys the limit here!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Mix together milk, eggs, oil and sugar.
2. Add flour until combined.
3. Heat a nonstick skillet on high. Remove from heat, pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet, turn pan to spread batter.
4. When crepe is dry on top, overturn onto paper towels.
5. Serve with fruit, whipped cream, syrup, anything! If you want savory crepes, just omit the sugar in the recipe.
