Simple Creamy Rice Pudding

This is one of my mom's. We love her rice pudding. So creamy, sweet and delicious, and very easy to make!
Ingredients:
6 cups milk
1 cup arborio rice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a large pot bring rice and milk just to a boil and simmer over med/low heat for approx 45 minutes until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
2. In a small bowl mix beaten egg, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk into rice mixture and cook 5 minutes.
3. Let cool.
4. Pour into individual serving dishes, or a large bowl, and top with cinnamon.
