Simple Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz) can coconut milk
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in pot and heat through. Serve hot or chilled (I prefer it hot).
  2. Garnish suggestion: Freshly cracked black pepper and a sprig of fresh basil.
