Simple Chocolate Mousse

Easy,rich and delicious chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (8oz)
salt
1-1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 tbs confectioners sugar (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Chill a large bowl with a whisk in freezer for about 10 mins.
2. In top of double boiler over simmering water,stir the chocolate chips until just melted,about 4 mins.
3. Add a pinch of salt. Meanwhile,whip the heavy cream and confectioners sugar till the cream holds it's shape. Remove the chocolate from the heat and using a rubber spatula,fold half of the cream into the chocolate,incorporating it completely.
4. Quickly fold the remaining cream into the chocolate. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and serve at once.
