This is my mom's chili recipe, but my BF insists that it should be called Chili-Mac. It's good with or without the pasta!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained
1/2 lb short pasta
sour cream (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Brown and drain ground beef while pasta is cooking in a separate pot.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover. Reduce heat to LOW.
3. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta when cooked.
4. Top with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
