Simple Brussels Sprouts

This recipe couldn't get any simplier, but I sure love it. It's even a great snack to have! My co-worker Sue and I make these a lot at work to snack on. Even people who don't like vegetables will like these.
Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout, cleaned and prepped
3 tablespoons olive oil, to coat brussel sprouts
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Set oven to 400 degrees. Place cleaned brussel sprouts on a baking sheet. Coat generously with oil, then toss with cracked black pepper and salt until evenly coated. Place baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes, then increase the heat to 425 degrees and bake for 5 to 7 more minutes to quickly brown the brussel sprouts. They should have a charred coating (not burnt) on the tops and bottoms when finished.
