Simple Bran Muffins

These are quick, easy and delicious. They're also healthy and high in fibre! I eat them a lot when I'm trying to lose weight.
Ingredients:
1 cup baker's bran flakes
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1 cup sultana
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Soak bran, milk (I use soymilk) and golden syrup together for 5 minutes.
2. Mix in all other ingredients.
3. Preheat oven, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
