Store these green beans in a zip-top plastic bag in refrigerator up to 2 days. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed |
Directions:
1. Cook fresh green beans, trimmed, in boiling salted water to cover 4 to 6 minutes or to desired degree of doneness; drain. Use immediately, or plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain and pat dry. Store in a zip-top plastic bag in refrigerator up to 2 days. |
