What a simple, easy and delicious salad!! Add some of your favorite salad ingredients, such as slivered red onions, pitted black olives, artichoke hearts or red and green pepper strips. Top with strips of leftover grilled chicken breasts.
Ingredients:
2 cups torn mixed salad greens
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup kraft mozzarella cheese, cubed (1/4 inch)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
1. Toss greens with tomatoes and cheese in bowl.
2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
3. Serve immediately.
