This is a very simple recipe which doesn't take long to make, yet is still yummy and nutrious.
Ingredients:
2 avocados
480 ml mango nectar (approx 2 small cans)
8 -10 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions:
1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and add to blender.
2. Add in the mango nectar and ice cubes.
3. Blend.
4. Add honey (optional) and then blend again.
5. Serve and Enjoy =).
