Silken Raspberry Mousse

Ingredients:
12 ounces silken tofu
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth, about 6 minutes.
2. Divide into individual serving dishes and chill for at least two hours before serving. Garnish each portion with whole raspberries.
