all i can say is i loved dinner last night!! this is amazingly good
Ingredients:
2 fresh flour tortillas
edan holland cheese
sicilian jack cheese ( studded with olives sun dryed tomatoes and garlic this was dripping in olive oil, yumm)
the olive oil found at the bottom of the sun dryed tomato jar
cheddar cheese
a few chopped sun dryed tomatos
and some green chopped olives
Directions:
1. **first about edan cheese- its from holland and melts oh so beautifully it has this amazing creamy texture that fills your mouth with gooey cheese it has a sweetness like a fontina its smooth like a bree cheese and it should come with a red wax on the outside
2. to make a ultra crunchy crusty flavorful crust on the outside of your tortilla take your cheddar cheese and mix with sun dryed tomato olive oil and put the on the hot skillet then place one tortilla on top of that
3. slice up your edan cheese into thick slices and place the on tortilla on skillet
4. grate your sicilian jack cheese and slice tomatoes and olives place all thoes on tortilla and place your other one tortilla on top and put more cheddar with olive oil on tortilla and flip it over to melt that sicilian jack cheese heat up olives and crust up that other tortilla
5. once both sides are untra brown crispy you take take out and slice into pieces, make one of these for everyone they will want a whole two tortillas trust me they are soo good!!!
