Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
2 teaspoon(s) chinkiang or balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
1 pound(s) raw shrimp
3 tablespoon(s) reduced sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon(s) reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
Directions:
1. Sauce: Whisk all ingredients (up to the shrimp) in a small bowl.

3. Place shrimp in a colander and rinse under cold water. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
4. Heat a 14 inch flat bottomed wok or large dkillet over high heat until a bead of water vaporizes within 1 to 2 seconds of contact. Swirl in 1 tbl of oil, add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add the remaining 1 tbl oil and the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp just begin to turn color, 1 minute. Add bell pepper and salt and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Swirl in the Sichuan Sauce and stir-fry until the shrimp is just cooked, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
