Using leftover shrimp water, boil carrots onions and potatoes. Drill. When serving, top with roasted pepper hummus.
Ingredients:
onion
shrimp
old bay
potato
carrot
mrs. dash garlic & pepper seasoning
roasted red pepper hummus
Directions:
1. Ok, so you know how you steam shrimp? Well I throw onion and old bay in the water, right?
2. Then you eat the shrimp while you watch the potato and carrots boil away.
3. When they are done boiling, you drill them into potato soup:)
4. Now, you grab the flavored hummus of your choice, in my case it was roasted red pepper, and drop a generous dollop in the middle of the soup.
5. omg, you would not think this is good, but it is!
