Shrimps and Scallops in Tomato

Shrimp, scallops and vegetables in tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
16 ounces shrimp
8 ounces scallops
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
14 ounces petite cut diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 small yellow squash, sliced
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1/2 cup white wine
Directions:
1. Saute onion, mushrooms, garlic, zucchini and yellow squash in 3 tablespoons oil for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, parsley, Italian seasoning and wine. Simmer 10 minutes. Add Scallops and simmer 5 minutes, add shrimp and simmer 5 additional minutes. Serve over linguine.
