18 shelled butterfly shrimp 3/4 pd
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 tablespoon(s) minced ginger
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
2 tablespoon(s) medium dry sherry
strained marinade
1/3 cup(s) water
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
2 tablespoon(s) corn oil
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon(s) minced ginger
1/2 cup(s) cubed sweet red peppers
1/2 bunch(es) watercress
hot cooked rice/ oriental noodles
Directions:
1. combine the shrimp with marinade sit 1 hr strain., combine marinade with water and cornstarch, cook x 1 min, heat oil add shrimp, ginger, garlic.x 30sec, add peppers 30 sec and add sauce serve over noodles or rice
