Shrimp With Orange Pineapple Sauce

This is yet another recipe from TOH Healthy Cooking magazine. The contributer is Radelle Knappenberger. This looks like a really quick and easy appetizer. I am storing it here to make for New Year's Eve.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup pineapple preserves
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 lb cooked shrimp, medium sized, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple preserves, orange marmalade, lemon juice, water and cornstarch.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or til thickened.
4. Chill until serving.
5. Serve with the shrimp.
