Shrimp With Beer

This way of cooking shrimp adds a lot of flavor to shrimp. It can be served with a lemon butter sauce, in shrimp cocktail, or with a rémoulade.
Ingredients:
3 lbs shrimp, peel on
5 garlic cloves, peeled
6 whole allspice
1 dried red hot pepper
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
6 sprigs fresh parsley
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 (12 ounce) can beer
1/4 lb butter
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, lightly crushed
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients (to and including beer) in a heavy saucepan and cover. Bring to boil and let simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve with lemon butter.
2. Lemon Butter: In a small skillet, heat butter until hot and almost bubbling. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
