Shrimp Veggie and Fruit Kabobs

Shishkabobs made the best way ever!!
Ingredients:
2 lbs large shrimp, deshelled and tails pulled off
10 skewers
1 pineapple, cut into chunks
1 tomato, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, cut into chunks
1 eggplant, cut into chunks
Directions:
1. Arrange all chunked fruits and veggies and the shrimp on skewers.
2. Cook on grill (foreman grill or barbie will do)until browned and shrimp is cooked.
