Shrimp Stir-Fry with Spinach

Add more red pepper for a spicy dish.
Ingredients:
3 tbs pine nuts
1 tsps vegetable oil
1 lb shrimp, uncooked
1 tsps fresh ginger, grated
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsps garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
8 ozs fresh spinach, rinsed
4 green onions, sliced 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbs chicken broth
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs dry cooking sherry
1/2 tbs cornstarch
Directions:
1. Heat wok and add pine nuts.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until lightly browned.
3. Remove and set aside to cool.
4. Add oil and shrimp to wok.
5. Stir over moderate heat 3 minutes.
6. Add ginger, cayenne pepper, garlic and red pepper.
7. Cook 2-3 minutes more.
8. Add spinach and green onion.
9. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over ingredients in wok.
10. Turn up heat to bring liquid quickly to a boil, stirring ingredients constantly, until liquid thickens and clears.
11. Stir in pine nuts.
