Shrimp Stir Fry

Shrimp and veggies from the fridge. keep all these on hand.
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup scallions
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup celery, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
Directions:
1. thaw frozen shrimp overnight in fridge. Mix 2 sauces together. spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. over medium heat cook garlic, sliced scallions, celery and carrots for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and coarsely chopped bell pepper, stirfry 2 more minutes. add shrimp and sauce, and heat for 2 or 3 minutes until fully heated. Serve over rice, noodles or pasta.
