Shrimp w/broccoli, bean sprouts and carrots
Ingredients:
2 pounds raw shrimp
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves of garlic
8 ounces of shredded carrots
8 ounces of broccoli
8 ounces of bean sprouts
1 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce. Set aside. Chop garlic. Add oil to wok or stir fry pan. Add garlic and vegetables. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken to desired consistency.
