Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients:
16 ounce shrimp
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups rice, cooked
3 green onions, sliced
2 tsp soy sauce
2 large eggs
1 cup peas
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet
2. stir fry cold rice and onion
3. add seasoning and soy sauce, cook 1 min
4. push rice to side, add egg, cook
5. Add peas and cooked meat
