This is a great recipe for barbeques, pot lucks etc. It will be gobbled up in no time!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb fresh shrimp
1 cup seafood cocktail sauce or 1 cup chili sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 finely chopped green pepper
3 chopped green onions
1 diced tomato
Directions:
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
2. Spread over a 12 inch pizza pan.
3. Scatter shrimp over mixture.
4. Add a layer of seafood sauce, mozzarella cheese, green pepper, onions and tomato.
5. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
6. Supply with assorted crackers.
