CHILL OVERNIGHT - Great taste with lots of energy
Ingredients:
2 oz broiled shrimp
2 oz (1/4 cup dry) whole wheat spirals
1/4 cup snow peas (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons scallions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Broil shrimp and cook pasta al dente
2. Combine all and toss to coat sesame oil & seeds
3. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors combine
