Shrimp Scampi, Ala Cooking Light

Low fat, low calorie shrimp scampi.
Ingredients:
2 tsp olive oil
1 lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 cup other dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
6 oz. pasta
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; sauté 1 minute.
2. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute.
3. Stir in wine, salt, and pepper; bring mixture to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to medium; cook 30 seconds.
5. Add parsley and juice; toss well to coat.
6. Cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done.
7. Toss with 6 oz linguine or angel hair pasta, if desired.
