Ingredients:
1 cup 70- 90 ( very small ) cooked shrimp
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine ingredients and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve atop the butternut squash soup.
