Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 boiled eggs, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon tarragon leaf
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
lemon slice
Directions:
1. Reserve about 6 shrimp for garnish and cut remaining shrimp into bite sized pieces.
2. Add celery and eggs.
3. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over shrimp. Mix gently.
4. Chill. Garnish with whole shrimp and lemon slices.
