Ingredients:
1 head lettuce
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 (7 ounce) cans shrimp, drained
3 -4 green onions, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
mayonnaise or thousand island dressing
Directions:
1. Break or cut lettuce in bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients and toss.
