Ingredients:
3 quarts water
2 tablespoons liquid shrimp and crab boil
1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp
1/3 cup minced green onions
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons creole mustard
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine water and crab boil in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Add shrimp; return to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Peel and chill shrimp.
2. Combine onions and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Serve sauce with shrimp.
