Shrimp Pasta Salad

Very flavorful pasta recipe with shrimp...great with garlic bread.
Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups cooked rotini or spiral pasta (cooled)
1-2 pounds cooked, peeled shrimp (depending on how much you want)
3/4 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/3 cup white wine worcestershire sauce (label says for chicken)
1/4 cup regular or reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 large cloves pressed garlic, fresh
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated (optional)
season to taste
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine pasta, cooked shrimp, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, and bell pepper. Whisk mayonnaise with olive oil until smooth, then add white wine Worcestershire sauce and blend well. Add parsley and garlic. Add dressing to pasta salad and season to taste (salt, pepper, Tony's or cajun seasoning, which I recommend). Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add Parmesan cheese if desired.
