Shrimp Over Linguine

This is quick and easy,yet elegant enough to serve to company.
Ingredients:
1 lb dry linguine
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 (6 ounce) jar oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (6 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package,drain.
2. Heat oil in large skillet,over medium high heat,add garlic and onion,saute until soft,about 3 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and cook until opaque,about 2 minutes.
4. Add wine and cook until reduced by 1/2,about 2 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes,artichokes and capers.
6. Add basil and pasta,toss to coat well.
7. Transfer to serving platter and top with grated cheese.
