Ingredients:
1/4 kg alamang or krill (small shrimp)
2 eggs
1 medium sized onions chopped
1 tbsp. crushed black pepper
Directions:
1. wash krill carefuly
2. beat eggs, then add pepper and add a pinck of salt to taste.
3. add krill and chopped onions
4. mix well.
5. deep fry on a pan for about 10 mins, or until omelet becomes brown on both sides
6. voila, tasty shrimp omelet
7. prepare vinegar with chopped garlic for the dip
