Ingredients:
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 chopped jalapeno
4 shallots
2 lemons, zest of
2 limes, juice and zest of
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients in food processor and pour over 1 pound of shrimp.
2. Marinade shrimp for an hour in the refrigerator.
3. Put the shrimp on skewers and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
