Ingredients:
8 ounces sweet rice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 -3 drops yellow food coloring
1 lb shrimp, cleaned and shelled
green onion
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
Directions:
1. Tremble (soak) sweet rice in coconut milk for one night with food coloring. Steam for about 30 minutes. Cut shrimp into small pieces and fry in a pan with salt, pepper and seafood seasoning. Place sweet rice on a platter in the shape of a circle. Place shrimp in center and garnish with green onion.
