Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, pepper, celery, scallions, chili powder, thyme, and oil into a 2-1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Cook at 100% for 10 minutes.
  4. Prick plastic to release steam.
  5. Remove from oven and uncover.
  6. Mound vegetable in the center of the dish.
  7. Arrange shrimp and sausage around vegetables and place okra in the center, on top of the vegetables.
  8. Pour tomatoes over shrimp.
  9. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  10. Cook for 3 minutes.
  11. Prick plastic.
  12. Stir ingredients well.
  13. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  14. Prick plastic.
  15. Remove from oven.
  16. Uncover and add broth.
  17. Cook, uncovered, for 2 minutes or until hot.
