1 cup(s) fast cooking grits
1 cup(s) water
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes
8 ounce(s) shredded monteray jack and cheddar cheeses with jalapeno peppers
2 can(s) low sodium chicken broth
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
Directions:
1. ) Saute onions and garlic
2. ) cook grits in broth and water and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly
