Ingredients:
2 c flour
1 1/2 c chopped onion
3 tbs chopped fresh parsely
2 tbs chopped green onion
1 tbs chopped jalapeno
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c milk
1/2 lb chopped shrimp
lime wedges
Directions:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients
2. add milk and stir until smooth
3. add shrimp
4. deep fry heaping tsps for about 3 minutes
5. drain
6. serve with lime wedges
