Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup raw rice
1 tsp butter
50 shrimp, cooked
3/8 cup green onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
1. Cook rice (with butter) and shrimp.
2. Mix all ingredients (except for the eggs) in wok or frying pan. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
3. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add to pan.
4. Continue cooking until eggs are done.
5. May also be prepared with chicken or other meat.
