Julie's quick, easy, and healthy stir fry. For added flavor and protein, add cubes of silken tofu.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound shrimp, mixed species
1 cup shelled edamame
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Heat oil in stir fry pan or wok.
2. Add shrimp and cook until slightly opaque.
3. Add shelled edamame and cook until hot.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
