Simple Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
2 cups stir fry vegetables
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup shrimp
Directions:
1. melt butter in pan.
2. blend flour, curry, salt, pepper.
3. add milk and cook until thickens.
4. add shrimp and heated frozen vegatables.
