Shrimp Creole My Style

A super shrimp dish over rice.
Ingredients:
1 large bag of shrimp (about 2-3 pounds) (size: large shrimp)
1 red pepper chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 (14.5 oz) fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes
1/2 can of (8 oz) tomatoe sauce
1 can tomatoe paste
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4-1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup creole seasoning
2 tsp chili sauce
1/2 pkg (16 oz) bag of frozen orka
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
Directions:
1. In large dutch oven, heat butter & olive oil.
2. Add flour and whisk till smooth
3. Add onion, pepper, celery, garlic and cook about 5 minutes or veggies are tender
4. Stir in tomatoe products, bay leaves & Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, chili powder, creole seasoning, (salt & pepper to taste)
5. Bring to boil and then lower to simmer, add okra.
6. Cover and cook about 60 minutes.
7. Add shrimp and cook about 10-15 minutes longer.
8. Serve over rice
9. (Optional: Add more hot sauce or chili powder for heat)
