Ingredients:
1 cup couscous, uncooked
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 small zucchini, diced
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Cook the shrimp, onion, garlic, and zucchini in the olive oil.
2. Cook the couscous as directed on box.
3. Combine couscous, tomato, cheese, and shrimp mixture.
