These are great when you are looking for something quick and tastey for super. Goes great with slaw and chips.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can shrimp, drained
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons grated onions
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
bun
butter or margarine
Directions:
1. mix all ingrediants together.
2. mix well.
3. Lightly butter each side of a bun and broil lightly.
4. spread shrimp mix on buns and broil until lightly brown and cheese melts.
