Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel shrimp, and devein.
  2. Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add shallots and garlic.
  3. Saute 3 minutes or until tender.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and next 4 ingredients.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Add shrimp, cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Remove from heat, and serve over fettuccine.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
