Ingredients:
handful grape tomatoes, chopped
several large cooked shrimp, chopped
1 large avocado, cubed
2 cups cooked brown rice
cilantro- chopped
raw minced garlic, one clove
salt and pepper to taste
chopped green onion, optional
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together well to taste.
2. Tastes even better after chilling in the fridge for awhile, or the next day.
