Ingredients:
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 cup basil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
12 oz jar roasted red pepper
2 lb peeled shrimp
8 oz neufchatel cream cheese
Directions:

Puree all but shrimp. Heat in skillet till boiling. Put shrimp in pan and stir till shrimp turn pink. Serve over pasta
