Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice chilled
10 ounces frozen cooked shrimp thawed
1-1/2 cups diced celery
2 green onions chopped
8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts drained
10 ounces frozen small peas thawed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves then mix well and chill 2 hours.
2. Serve on lettuce leaves.
