Shrimp and Grits

Flavorful, fast and easy. One of our favorite Sunday meals.
Ingredients:
1 onion, minced
1 green bell pepper, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 cups hot cooked grits
2 tablespoons butter, but into bits,softened
Directions:
1. Cook onion, pepper and garlic in oil over moderately-low heat, stirring, until onion is softened.
2. Add shrimp and cook mixture over moderately-high heat, stirring, for 3 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
3. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce and cayenne pepper.
4. Spoon hot grits onto platter, top with butter.
5. Arrange shrimp mixture around and over grits.
